Partner terms

1. Joining

• Joining is free. You do not have to buy anything.
• You must be 18 or older, live in Malaysia and have a Malaysian bank account in your own name or in your registered business’s name.
• One partner link per person or business.

2. What you earn

• 30% of each payment made by a seller you referred, after refunds and payment fees, for 12 months from that seller’s first payment.
• You earn only from sellers’ payments. You earn nothing from signing up other partners. There is one level only.
• Paid passes are not on sale yet. Commission counts from the day they open, and we will email you before that day.

3. How a referral is counted

• Your link is luckybagai.com/?ref= followed by your code.
• When someone opens your link, their browser remembers your code for 90 days. If they pay within that time, that seller is yours.
• If they open another partner’s link later, the newest link counts.
• A seller counts once, and only as a new paying customer.

4. What your sellers get

Sellers who come through your link get 7 extra days on their first 30-day pass.

5. Getting paid

• Commission is confirmed 30 days after the seller pays. If the seller gets a refund under our refund policy, that commission is cancelled.
• We pay once a month by DuitNow or bank transfer when your confirmed commission reaches RM50. A smaller balance carries over to the next month.
• Before your first payment we will email you for the name on your bank account and the account details. We never ask for these on this site.
• You are responsible for declaring your commission for tax.

6. Rules

• Do not buy through your own link, and do not ask family or staff to buy through it to earn commission.
• Do not buy ads on our name, including “Lucky Bag AI”, “luckybagai” and misspellings.
• Do not post your link on coupon, cashback or deal sites.
• Do not promise results we do not promise, such as more sales, and do not present yourself as Lucky Bag AI.
• Your posts earn commission, so label them clearly as advertising: start them with “Ad” or “Iklan”, and say so in videos and live streams too.
• No spam. Do not send your link to people who did not ask to hear from you.

7. Leaving

• You can leave at any time by emailing us. We pay your confirmed commission with the next monthly payment, even if it is below RM50.
• If you break these rules, we may remove you from the programme and cancel the commission earned by breaking them. We will tell you why by email.

8. Changes

We may change these terms. We will email partners at least 30 days before a change takes effect. Commission that is already confirmed is not affected.
